According to the AppleInsider Blog complaints are on the rise about Apple’s phone-based tech support call wait times and call automation which has led to an overall decline in customer satisfaction. The report was compiled and published by Vocalab, and it shows that phone support has dropped significantly over the past 18 months. Apple continues to lead the survey in overall tech support, but where Apple used to be well ahead in nearly every measure of service quality, there are no areas where Apple is tied with, or falls behind its competitors according to Vocalabs CEO Peter Leppik.
The D.i.D. Doctor of iDevices at iHospital pride themselves on providing top notch customer service for each and every repair and/or upgrade. We love what we do and it shows. Here are 3 more reasons why iHospital beats AppleCare+ every time.
1. Face-to-face Appointment and no appointment needed. Is your iPhone, iPad, Mac or iPod Touch in need of a repair or upgrade? Don’t feel like scheduling an appointment at the genius bar or calling Apple’s tech support? Maybe you like speaking to automated chaps on the phone? Come down to any iHospital location and speak with one of our D.i.D. Doctor of iDevices about your repair and/or upgrade. We’ll let you know within five minutes of walking in the door what it will cost and how long it will take.
2. Most repairs are finished same-day. Most of the time, you will have your Apple device back in your loving care within the day. Some repairs even take minutes to complete. AppleCare+ requires that you don’t have your iPod, iPad, Mac or iPhone for 2 – 3 days. Who wants to deal with that has problem? Talk about an inconvenience.
3. Keep your data. The D.i.D. Doctor of iDevices are highly trained professionals who exclusively work on Apple devices. They are experts in data recovery and instead of replacing your device, like Applecare+ does, we repair it and you get to keep all of your documents, images, files, etc. Rest assured, we only use the highest quality OEM parts and all repairs are back ed with a one-year warranty.
We published a nifty little chart in a previous post, Apple Care vs. iHospital Repairs, that I’m sharing below to prove how much iHospital rocks. What has your experience been like with AppleCare+? Share it in the comments below. We love hearing from you!
