Guess who was the first iPhone, iPad, iPod and Mac Repair shop with a new Google+ Page? iHospital! We are always looking for ways to better serve our clients and Google+ is where it’s at.
Google rolled out the highly anticipated Google+ Pages for businesses yesterday afternoon. Google+ has been gathering members at a solid pace with over 40 million members to date. They were slow to open up the new social network to brands and business owners only allowing personal pages.
According to the Google blog Pages give life to everything we find in the real world. And by adding them (business pages) to circles, we create lasting bonds with the pages (and people) that matter most.
Businesses will use Google+ pages to build lasting connections with their customers. It will be easier for people to stay informed of new services, provide word-of-mouth recommendations, etc. The possibilities are endless.
What are Google+ Pages?
Google+ Pages are very similar to Facebook pages. They offer businesses a way to establish an online presence and to engage with users to share new products, gather information, answer questions, provide support, etc. For example, iHospital will answer all types of iPad, iPhone and iPod repair questions via its Google+ page.
How do I connect with Google+ Pages?
First you must have a Google+ page. If you don’t have one yet what are you waiting for? Go here and get started. Once you open your account use the search field to find your desired company and add it to a circle. Check out the iHospital pages here:
