What did you like about Weird But True?

Weird But True is a Books iOS free app that shares over 300 strange and interesting facts (including crazy sounds) and a fun Weird-O-Meter.  It also includes many ways to share these wacky facts with your friends and family via social media. One of the neat facts was that alligators can live to be 80 years old!

It’s simple to use the Weird But True free app.  Open the app up on your iPad, iPod touch or iPhone and shake your device or swipe across the screen.  You will be taken to a brilliantly colored page with a strange fact like “peanut butter can be turned into diamonds”.  If you want to share the “weird but true” fact with your social networks, you can easily do so on Facebook, Twitter and via email.  You can also rate the fact on the “Weird-O-Meter” and see how your rating stacks up against other raters.  Finally, there’s a fact finder to find neat facts about your favorite

Features:

  • Swipe across your iOS device to move through various facts or shake your device to see random wacky snippets.
  • Find the Weird-O-Meter to grade the level of “weirdness” for each fact and see results from all users on the strangest fact list.
