Free App - IncrediBooth - iPhone and iPad Application - 3 IV's

What is IncrediBooth?

Apple chose the hugely popular photo app IncrediBooth to be this week's iTunes Free App of the Week.  Like the name suggests, IncrediBooth offers old school photo booth images from the convenience of your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPod.  Skip the mall and have some nostalgic fun at home!

What did you like about it?

Do you enjoy taking quirky photo booth photos with your friends at the mall? If so, you'll love this free app. IncrediBooth offers four free filters and you can purchase many more from within the app for $0.99 each.  Created by the guys who brought you Hipstamatic and SwankoLab, this

ree app creates a photo booth in your pocket.  This app is sure to liven up any event, party or lonely evening.  The best part is you don't need any coins for this photo booth and you aren't limited to one background. Some of the free filters include:

  • Helga Lens with Supergrain B&W film
  • The classic John S lens with SuperContrast film
  • The custom Kaimal lens with Infrared film
The best part is you can easily share you photo strips with your friends on Facebook, Twitter and email. Lastly, IncrediBooth supports the new multi-tasking iPhone 4. This means you can leave the app and do other tasks while your upload is processing. Talk about convenience!
There's an entire online community dedicated to IncrediBooth so you'll have lots of support if you have any questions or concerns.

What didn't you like about IncrediBooth?

The worst part of IncrediBooth is having to spend $0.99 on each extra filter.  This can be quite annoying when Instagram offers users so many beautiful picture filters for free.

Where can we get it?

You can get IncrediBooth for free this week in iTunes.  Don't forget to download it by Wednesday as it goes back to $0.99 on Thursday morning. Review by D.i.D. Doctor of iDevices Farhan Mandani.
